What’s “IP Hotbox” do you ask? It’s an IP law blog written by a couple of attorneys here in Seattle, Washington. We (Alex and Ashley) don’t work together, but we really like nerding out to IP issues together. We also get asked a LOT of the same legal questions on a regular basis. Instead of re-inventing the wheel each time we get asked “How do I file a trademark” or “Should I do a clearance search” we’ve decided we’ll put all that information together here. We’ll also write about whatever IP topics strike our fancy.
